What happens if I don't attend the session?
If you have not cancelled your appointment at least 24 hours prior or do not attend your scheduled appointment you will not receive a refund and we will be notified.
If there is a pattern of absence your account will be suspended.
What is iHelp?
iHelp is an online platform for you to connect directly with Helping Professionals when you need to talk to someone.

What is a Counselor?
Counselors help people deal with their feelings and responses, and assist their clients to decide on action they can take to solve problems. They may specialise in relationship counselling, grief and loss, addictions, family problems or life changes.
What is a Psychotherapist?
A Psychotherapists concern, in the broadest sense, is assisting individuals, couples and groups to see, think, feel or act differently. It is a collaborative process between client and the psychotherapist, based on the client’s active participation.
What is a Psychologist?
Psychologists assess the current emotional and lifestyle problems of clients, their social and family histories, and examine how feelings, actions, beliefs and culture interact to shape the person’s experience and difficulties.
Can I claim my sessions with my Insurance Provider?
iHelp is not affiliated with any Insurance Providers. We supply the portal and an invoice for your bookings. Please contact your Insurance Providers for further clarification as to whether or not your sessions are covered.
How is my Privacy protected?
All your sessions are private. We do not keep any recordings of your sessions.
How do I pay?
Once you choose your booking time, you will be prompted for payment details via the PayPal portal.
You will receive an invoice as well as a confirmation email once the booking is completed.
What form of payments are accepted?
iHelp accepts payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal.
How are my payment details protected?
All user and payment details are encrypted through the PayPal platform.
